collected for shipping and since then we ve sent out 277 818 rewards or about 1 3rd of all rewards all the early bird rewards have been shipped and tomorrow we will finish shipping out constant companion book only rewards if you filled in your pledge manager after april 27th do anticipate that your package may be sent a bit later as shipping has only proceeded for those who submitted their forms before then if you haven t received a tracking link that means your order has not yet been shipped please refrain from messaging us for shipping updates unless you re certain there is an issue thank you importantly the only exception is orders for countries that our shipping service does not serve these countries include chile argentina ukraine lebanon and belarus in this case packages have been sent with canada post instead which does not offer a tracking link and so you may notice that your pledge status has changed to shipped but no tracking information is available these packages take around 4 12 weeks to arrive and if you suspect that your package may have been lost after that time period please contact us and we can arrange a replacement service if you re among the lucky few
