a class jewish rock may 11 i saw a graphic from some radfems once that explained that people with cais who have vulvas are almost without exception assigned female at birth and raised as girls go through estrogen dominant puberty alongside their peers are completely sterile and the only sign that they might not be perisex is that they do not get a menstrual cycle by virtue of not having a uterus are male because they have internal testes and are therefore intended to produce sperm cais is possibly the worst possible intersex condition to try and make this argument for because for all intents and purposes the vast majority of people with cais are treated as perisex female until at least their early teens and almost all literature on cais refers to people who have it as women with cais imagine growing up as a perisex girl and not finding out until puberty or even later that you re intersex and still being treated as a woman by general society and doctors and then some rando
