weeks 740 741 welcome by again this week for another super fun challenge here at word art wednesday we re so glad that you ve chosen to join us and we really hope you know how much we appreciate you for sharing your amazing cards and projects with us although we don t always get to every blog social media account to say hello and leave a comment we re truly grateful for each and every one of you our beautiful piece of word art is 2 corinthians 4 17 and it says for our light affliction which is but for a moment worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory i believe that this verse is a gentle reminder that all the troubles and woes we face in this life are temporary it s easy to get caught up in those troubles as opposed to keeping our focus on god the only one who can make any difference whatsoever in those times of trouble god is in control of all things and he wants to help us through our struggles if we ll let him in this verse the writer paul uses the term light affliction to describe our troubles to us some troubles seem to be huge but to god they are all small things and they re all things he can handle and work out for us the troubles we will face in this life are simply preparing us for an eternal relationship with our creator paul reminds us that we re working towards our final goal which is an eternal weight of glory in the presence of almighty god when life starts getting you down look to him when we allow god to fully have control in every aspect of our lives we re letting go of all that worry and giving it to him we must remember that
