denial of identity it s not just alarming it s heartbreaking and it demands action the supreme court s decision a turning point in april 2025 the uk supreme court ruled that the word sex in the equality act must be interpreted to mean biological sex even though the word biological doesn t appear in the legislation the implications were immediate and profound soon after the equality and human
