the barbers skip to main skip to sidebar sunday april 11 2010 everything in arkansas has been going really well beth got to go to a great church conference for women in memphis called a timeout for women she went with her mom and sister and they were able to listen to john bytheway and also sherry dew she really loved the experience that means that i was a bachelor this weekend and spent the weekend with my father in law steve we played a round of golf on saturday and i officially shot under 100 98 to be exact while for many that would be a terrible round for me i left feeling as if i were phil mickelson winning the masters last thursday was another doctors apointment and everything is going really well with the little tike we have a list of new names at this time so we wanted to run them by quality control aka michael to see if there are any flaws or ways to make fun of the baby ethan james ethan dean jace steven connor the double r is a problem but we really like this name cole colton henry avery this is the updated list and with only 15 weeks to go a little over 3 months we are excited to say the least beth is looking very prego and may i say extremely attractive i love her prego belly i am coming down with cravings for chocolate all the time now and beth has new cravings every day recently mexican has been a top choice we can feel the little guy kicking on a regular basis and have even been able to see it he is a very strong little guy takes after his dad posted by ryan and beth at 5 06 pm 4 comments sunday april 4 2010 wedding pics i have officially graduated to putting pictures on my blog this is the best way i know how to do it so i will be posting them like this until i am more blogging advanced here are the photos from the wedding we were married may 16 2009 it was a amazing day and week for us and our families enjoy the pictures http picasaweb google com 116250014074353686093 thewedding posted by ryan and beth at 4 16 pm 1 comment hawaii pics here are some of the pictures we took from hawaii http picasaweb google com 116250014074353686093 hawaii posted by ryan and beth at 4 05 pm no comments saturday april 3 2010 baby names okay here is the official baby name list give us your opinion connor ethan gabriel henry kai parker hyrum trey carter james middle name we are also entertaining the idea of naming the baby deron after deron williams but after his game against the lakers last night that has fallen down a bit i am willing to sell the right to name our little boy what you would like so if you want to make a offer go ahead j k but you can still make an offer posted by ryan and beth at 10 54 am 4 comments labels baby names this is all new for me okay so i decided to set up a blog to keep everyone posted on what is going on here in the south we have been here for about 3 months and it has been a crazy time for the barber family we we first got down here we were both substitute teaching and saving as much as possible for the doctor s bills that paid peanuts and beth has been so tired during this pregnancy that we could see that wasn t going to work we were fortunate that steve my father in law gave me a job working for him at his real estate company so for the past 2 months or so i have been working for him it really was a life saver i don t know how much more substituting i could do to get paid nothing well close to that i enjoyed the kids but wasn t much more than a glorified babysitter although i probably made more babysitting so needless to say that adventure is over it hasn t been all work for us though in february we went to hawaii and enjoyed the sun and also survived the tsunami of 2010 all 2 centimeters of it it made for a crazy day of waiting and hoping the best but we luckily made it out alive hawaii was great i felt sorry for my wife she could not do very much because of the pregnancy but what she did do alot of was soak up the sun so i think she had a good vacation life since kauai has been as normal as newly married pregnant couples can be we are now in the process of picking out and buying everything for our new baby boy we currently have a crib bassinet changing table and some very cute clothes the newest struggle is picking out a baby name the lead for a while has been connor james barber but we have some other ideas now and are indecisive about them posted by ryan and beth at 10 32 am no comments home subscribe to posts atom the barbers followers blog archive 2010 5 april 5 everything in arkansas has been going really well wedding pics hawaii pics baby names this is all new for me about me ryan and beth view my complete profile
