wind sunny and in the upper 70 s in july we finished church and we were on the road we drove to norfolk had lunch at arby s and then up us81 to yankton across the new bridge and then over to vermillion and south to ponca nebraska from there we traveled to dairy queen in west point so that we could cool off with some ice cream great day great friends enjoy the pics posted by carretto3 and perfect temperature we were wondering if we were in nebraska anyway we went to euni s palace a quaint old tavern that serves excellent food we went there last year and it had all kinds of junk laying in front of the building but this year it was all cleaned up got new siding on the building and other improvements inside like air conditioning yes this is all thanks to obama and his stimulus mile round trip was needed so when i got home from the ride it was right back on the bike we ate at the down home bar and grill and though we had to wait quite a while for our food the food was excellent we went up through wayne and laurel on n15 and then west for about 5 miles on us20 beautiful evening for a ride 81 degrees and no wind loved it posted by carretto3 filed in uncategorized city because of pastor s expert navigation okay so it s not that great however we did see a lot of southeast nebraska anyway we left wisner at 12 30 pm and got home about 8 30 pm we went to the arbor day farm in nebraska city we got there kind of late and so we only got to get a drink and then walk around the gift shop but it was a beautiful day wind behind us most of the way a good meal at the
