excited and happy about it and they are 2 cute well behaved boys it s been different for him to make friends that are boys since in the past his few best friends have been girls he s always been a little little ladies man he still asks to move back to ohio but doesn t ask quite as often anymore it breaks my heart still when he has those sad moments but am thankful he is slowly adjusting and learning to like it here noah had a dentist appointment last week and ended up having his first cavity luckily we are friends with the dentist friends from ohio so i know it won t be as scary for him to get that fixed makes the experience a much more pleasant when your friends with the dentist unfortunately this kid is also going to need braces as soon as he is done loosing his baby teeth i blame it on him being a big thumb sucker up until he was 6 years old very hard habit to break while we were in ohio for christmas break noah made the choice to be baptized he asked his grandpa my dad to baptize him and his uncle my brother chance to confirm him his special day was on christmas eve while we had lots of family around just like noah wanted facts about noah favorite color blue favorite food spaghetti and sushi not together favorite sport soccer favorite subject science favorite activities biking swimming scouts legos and his newest thing is yoga which him and eli started taking a yoga class a few months ago i can t wait to see noah with his new little sister in a few months he is so excited and is always kissing my tummy and thinking of names for her it s pretty darn cute i know he is going to be such a big helper when the baby comes because he has already offered to change diapers and wake up in he middle of the night what a good boy i have and i just can t even express how much i love this cute kid posted by harada s at 2 11 pm 2 comments monday march 11 2013 oh baby where to even begin i want to blog but never know where to even start up again so i am going to attempt to start again by beginning with our life right now i know blogging is not really the thing anymore but this is really mostly for my own personal journaling purposes so here we go here is what is happening right now big news for us i m growing another fetus and we were surprised to find out we will be having a girl im still having a hard time wrapping my head around that kenta is capable of producing a baby girl we all couldn t be more happy on valentines day we took all the boys to the ultrasound when we found out the sex and it was so fun watching their reactions when the lady told us it was a girl i ve never seen noah and eli so excited they were literally jumping up and down screaming kai really wanted a brother but was totally happy when they told us it was going to be a sister meanwhile kenta and i just looked at each other and smiled while we were both in shock i will never forget that moment now for the complaining we didn t plan this very well because this little girl is due at the hottest time of year here in phoenix july really really bad timing i just might die but i will try and enjoy the 70 s and 80 s while they last this pregnancy has been rough to say the least i m quite sure at times that this little lady is trying to kill me emotionally and physically this has been my first high risk pregnancy which has been super stressful i m just about 20 weeks along and am about to have my 4th ultrasound tomorrow and i know its not my last i have had a few stressful issues come up but thankfully so far everything has turned out ok i ve also been dealing with a painful hernia and have been sick and extremely exhausted this entire pregnancy which is not normal for me do you know how hard it is to be throwing up or just constantly nauseous while trying to maintain a house and take care of 3 kids and a husband well it s impossible my house is disgusting laundry never ever gets folded we eat out a lot more then we should and i feel like the worst mom on this planet the past few weeks it has slowly been getting better and the throwing up only happens a few times a week now i am starting to get out of the house and the zofran is actually helping me feel somewhat human now i feel like kenta works all the time and it has been extremely hard being alone here in az while i have been dealing with this the saying what doesn t kill you makes you stronger has seriously taken on a new meaning for me on a brighter happier note now i m finally getting to the point where we can talk about baby names and do a little shopping for this baby girl that we have wanted and waited sooooo long for i m finally going to have my little girl and i can t wait just praying i survive the rest of this pregnancy so i can enjoy this little girl we are accepting anybody still out there i am going to try and pick up blogging again since we will be so far away from all our family now and i really want to document this new adventure we have begun my life has been completely insane for the past 2 months kenta unexpetedly got an amazing job offer in phoenix and he took it me being the good wife that i am decided to support him in this career move and follow him even though i really didnt want to move he has been living there for the past 6 weeks while i have been in ohio being a single mom to my 3 crazy boys not only being a single mom but trying to prepare to move across country looking for a new house for us in phoenix looking for renters to rent my ohio house prepare my house for renters clean out and attempt to pack some of my house all while doing the regular day to day stuff moms do during all this chaos i have still been trying to wrap my head around the idea of moving so far away when i was sure i would be in ohio for much much longer i really grew to love it there this honestly has been the most emotionally and physically challenging 2 months of my life i am not really sure how i or my kids for that matter have survived im here in phoenix right now sitting in a marriott i have been here 3 days now waiting for my moving truck to arrive with all my stuff still not happening till monday my mom wanted to keep my kids in ohio for an extra week so i could have that alone time putting my house together my sister in law even flew out with me to help me so much for that idea my stuff comes monday and i leave back to ohio on wednesday to pick up my boys and bring them back to arizona with me so far i am not impressed with phoenix just hot brown and ugl y but i really am going to do my best to keep an open mind and a positive attitiude i dont usually adapt to big changes well but realize this time around i have to put on a brave happy face for my boys today is the first day since i have been here that i actually feel like this is all really real now maybe because i started painting my boys rooms so it feels official now wierd i know but i think thats really true and i feel physically ill hopefully its just the pizza i ate for dinner posted by harada s at 12 45 am 4 comments monday august 29 2011 birthday boy better late then never on posting this eli had a birthday he turned 5 on july 20th on the day of his birthday we had luau themed birthday party with his friends in our backyard it was ridiculously hot but i don t think the kids even noticed since they were playing in water the whole time but us grown ups were dying in the 100 degree weather and crazy humidity it was still a lot of fun though there was lots of yummy food to eat lots of water play games piniata cake and gifts eli is such an awesome little kid he is so stubborn and such a perfectionist he is my little gymanst dancer he is always doing tricks and cartwheels and he is seriously sooooo talented at it the month since his birthday he has started full day kindergarten and loves it i am so proud of the little boy he is he is so sweet funny and talented he is also the best big brother to kai always trying to teach him games puzzles or acrobatic tricks but best of all he is teaching kai how to use the toilet without me even asking him too i am so thankful for this boy even when he is being not so awesome i love you eli posted by harada s at 10 03 am 1 comments wednesday july 13 2011 the new love of our lives penelope jane walser on may 26th my kids got their very first cousin and mine and kentas very first niece we couldn t be more excited unless it was us having a baby girl this is my brother chance s and sister in laws jessica first baby she is the cutest thing ever they gave her the cutest name penelope jane nickname penny we just love her to death already luckily enough they live just 3 hours away in indianapolis so we have already spent 4 different weekends with them in her short 6 weeks of life really getting to like indiana now this is the first day we met baby penny uncle chance surprised with the boys pink bubble gum cigars lol already got the peace sign down i have to take credit for this outfit isnt it so freaking cute you cant get cuter then leggins tutu and a hair bow i am having fun spoiling this little lady especially since i dont often get to shop for little girls but this outfit was just my posted by harada s at 10 24 pm 1 comments monday july 11 2011 graduations in june my little stud noah graduated from kindergarten at the graduation his class sang and danced to justin bieber s never say never it was so dang cute noah has just blossomed academically this year i am so proud of him he has also become quite the ladies man most of his friends are girls and one of his very best friends ella lives down the street from us and they were lucky enough to be in the same class together ella is leaving to go to private school this next year so this has been sad for them both but at least they can still just walk down the street to see each other whenever they want can t believe he s going to be in 1st grade next month and his teacher mrs hall is actually moving to 1st grade this school year so he gets to keep his same awesome teacher in may eli graduated from ms nicole s preschool he had such a fun time with her and all his preschool buddies this year his teacher nicole is a friend of mine and runs an awesome adorable bilingual spanish preschool from her home she is absolutely amazing with the kids and i am so thankful for all she did for these cute kids this year eli learned so much and had a lot of fun doing it he also taught me quite a bit of spanish that he learned at school eli is so excited to start kindergarten next month and i still am having a hard time believing that he is old enough to go to full day school on the other hand i am excited for kai s turn to go to nicole s preschool this next school year i can t believe my baby is old enough for preschool posted by harada s at 8 55 pm 1 comments monday may 16 2011 i heart tennessee last week we took a little trip to tennessee to visit kenta s parents and sister his sister was there visiting from japan we go visist them a couple times a year but i really look forword to the once a year when kenta s sister tomoko is there visiting she actually speaks english so i can carry on a conversation with her she plays with the kids a ton and they absolutely love her they equally love kentas parents which they call baba grandma in japanese and tak san they live in such a beautiful area and i would seriously move there in a second if kenta found a job there this lake where we were at with this amazing few is about 2 miles from their house right down the road from there house by the lake is a park which we visit every single time we are there tomoko is such a trooper i would not let the boys push me on this knowing it would totally make me sick the boys are all wearing these adorable pants and shirts that tomoko brought them from japan they are officially noah s favorite pants i mean who wouldn t love a pair of polka dot pants baba has an awesome jacuzzi tub that the boys have to play in every single night i want one we always eat nothing but amazingly delicious japanese food while we are there this time we had something that the kids and i had never had before its called takoyaki basically its octopus dumpling balls the kids saw the the little octopus in full form before it was chopped into little peices so i was sure they would not eat these but to my surprise kai ate more than anyone and he is my anorexic child who never eats eli was hesitant at first but once i convinced him to try it he really liked it and also ate quite a bit with noah it took bribery yes i bribe my kids a lot i told him if he ate 5 than he could have a carmel apple it worked and he ate 5 and didnt complain about it yay i think my kids have those japanese taste buds they actually were pretty yummy and here is grandpa a k a tak san he sure loves these boys a lot and the boys equally love him seriously can t wait till we go again i love tennessee so much and i really can t wait
