t whatever very annoying for me because i often have dreams where someone is being incredibly annoying and because my frontal lobe is off i m angry and want to do violence to them and i can t i punch weak not good alexanderwales the common explanation for why this happens is that in the dream the brain is getting no feedback so when you throw a punch there s no associated mechanism for letting you feel the impact and then that makes the brain think that you did a bad job punching so i m curious whether you could train your brain out of this by e g spending a lot of time in vr and growing accustomed to not having any haptic feedback my guess is that this wouldn t work and that this is hardwired into the brain somehow but it might be worth a shot if you could accustom yourself to
