bartons skip to main skip to sidebar bartons charlotte 5th birthday sunday was charlotte s 5th birthday she is my princess i see those shirts that say i m 99 9 sure i m a disney princess this is charlotte she even talks like she belongs in a fairy tale she has been obsessed with frozen since the day she saw it everything in her life is about frozen she has the whole movie memorized along with all the songs i ve been looking for an elsa dress forever and could not find one that was perfect so i had one made and it could not have turned out more perfect i only do birthday parties every other year so this was her off year but we still had all the family over for cake ice cream and presents 5 things about charly 5 she loves animals even if they bite her she continues to try and love on them 4 she has the cutest little accent if you didn t know she was born and raised in utah you would think she was from boston 3 she is hilarious she comes up with some of the funniest things and makes everyone laugh i am going to miss getting to hear all the funny things that she comes up with when she starts kindergarten 2 she wants to be like her big sister so bad if lili plays with her it ends up being the best day ever for her 1 she is quite the little dancer she can t just stand there and talk to you she has to throw a spin or leap into it while you re trying to carry on a conversation with her posted by the bartons no comments easter 2014 our easter weekend was packed full of fun sydney and maddox slept over friday night then the girls got to go to their house saturday and color eggs then sunday morning grandma and uncle andee came over for breakfast and went to church with us after church we went to grandma and grandpa perry s for an egg hunt and ribs here are the kids in their easter outfits kooper took like 100 pictures and these are the only 3 that turned out good posted by the bartons no comments lili gymnastics lili s gym just got a new girls director who is an amazing gymnast she was an alternate for the 96 olympics and was a shoe in for the 2000 but got injured and couldn t compete she has been coaching at a college the last couple of years so it is awesome that she is going to be coaching at lili s gym she wants lili to move over to the top competing team she will start on level 5 but her coach is hoping to have her competing level 6 7 by next winter lili has worked so hard the past year and has become an awesome gymnast we can t wait to see how far she goes posted by the bartons no comments lili will walk around our house like this lili is the middle wearing the green she could sit in her straddles all day posted by the bartons no comments jimi passed out jimi went non stop yesterday he refused to take a nap so around 8 last night i gave him my phone and this is what kooper and i walked in to find 5 minutes later aside from the string of drool all over my brand new phone it was pretty funny to see him out like that posted by the bartons no comments posted by the bartons no comments spring break jimi smashed his thumb in the van door the night before we left thankfully it was not broken just swelled up really big jimi giving we ve been doing lili s biggest rip yet good thing she got new grips charlotte s hair after jumping on the trampoline kooper and charlotte have matching hair in the mornings jimi loves to stretch out comments gymnastics state championships the excel state gymnastics competition was on saturday and lili did awesome she got the highest scores she has ever gotten on all the events and finished in 5th place she has worked so incredibly hard the past 6 months and has gotten so good i think she gets more muscular every week we call her our little muscle momma we are so proud of her and can t wait it is so now she does it all the time we call it the lili train cousin mccoy came over the other night he and jimi planted themselves on my bed for most of the night watching nitro circus jimi is all boy most of the time posted by the bartons no comments random pictures charlotte and jimi love to watch movies in our room but i just got a new bed spread and jimi got chocolate milk on it the day after i got it so i ve been making them sit on the floor charlotte insisted that i make a comfy bed for them so they could watch thor jimi has been testing me lately he has always been a stinker but lately he has taken it to an all new high he got a hold of a white board marker and decided to decorate my wood floor thankfully it came right off posted by the bartons no comments valentines day happy valentines day we celebrated v day on monday because lili had a gymnastics competition friday we took the kids to see the lego movie then to tucanos after posted by the bartons no comments polygamy braid no this is not me this is kooper he was working on the computer the other night and i was bored he thought i was just playing with it but i was seeing if it was long enough to do a full french braid or as he calls it a polygamy braid posted by the bartons no comments jimi i m not sure what was going on when these were taken but they re some funny pictures of jimi posted by the bartons no comments jimi and the i pad jimi loves watching his shows on the i pad he will sit forever like this posted by the bartons no comments epic gymnastics invitational lili had a competition last friday she made a goal to get a better score on each event and she did the competition was a little harder this time but she did awesome and we are so proud of her posted by the bartons no comments vault score 8 450 bars score 9 225 beam score 9 000 floor 9 200 4th place on floor team took 2nd all around team mates posted by the bartons no comments puppy scare i m sure everyone is sick of hearing and seeing our puppy but we had a scare today and i wanted to share about it our little guy has not felt great since we brought him home we chalked it up to him being under stress from the move and the changes in his life but it has gotten worst and worst every day and today he got really sick so i called the vet and described what was going on and he said it sounded like parvo which is a really scary virus that 80 of puppies die from if they get it i rushed him in and they tested him and thankfully it was negative so the doctor examined him and could feel that his intestines were bigger than they should be so then we thought that maybe he ate something that he shouldn t have aka a toy they did an x ray and that wasn t it but his intestines were really big so they tested his poop he had a lot of bad bacteria in there which is what was making him so sick he is on an anti biotic and a pro biotic now and hopefully on the road to recovery posted by the bartons no comments sirius baby 4 we have had our dog sirius for a little over and week and it is still the greatest thing ever i have been able to get so much done i just get him out and the kids are entertained for hours he has such a sweet and loving personality he will play tug a war and run and chase the kids around then sit and snuggle on my lap for hours i always thought people were so weird for treating their dog like a person and fawning over them but now i see why sirius is so much fun and has seriously become my 4th child we just love our little guy posted by the bartons no comments posted by the
