welcome to my blog where i m sharing a new card for pink main today as we continue to promote their new release which went live on the 17th and which you should definitely check out because it is just so lovely with it s books reading and bows theme my card today uses their new cozy shelf stamp set and the coordinating die initially i was going to stamp the bookshelf image but i changed my mind and i simply die cut white cardstock with the bookshelf die i backed the outer frame and shelves with foam tape and i used a little lost shadow distress oxide ink on the three pieces that form the back of the unit i chose some lawn fawn patterned paper for wallpaper and trimmed it to a2 and glued it to my card base i framed the background using an old mft frame die from my stash and applied that with foam tape and then i adhered the bookshelf and glued the three ink blended pieces directly through each opening i stamped all of the images from cozy shelf with black memento ink and coloured with combinations of the following copic markers girl s skin e04 e11 e00 blush r22 r21 r20 r00 hair e44 e50 e40 teal bg49 bg15 g00 bg000 pink r22 r21 r20 r00 beige e31 e40 white c3 c1 c0 leaves yg41 g20 cat c5 c3 c1 c0 each image was die cut and glued directly on the shelves and the girl and cat images applied with foam tape last but not least a sentiment was chosen from cozy shelf stamped on a sentiment strip and applied also popped up on foam tape no embellishments required on this project and so with that it was done thanks for spending some time with me today it is appreciated posted by 18 2026 pink main april release page turner did you hear about the new april release from pink main so much to love in this release with a lot of emphasis on reading and book themes along with pretty bows keep scrolling after this post if you d like to see the first card for this release which i posted yesterday for this second card i have used page turner page turner die library card i created my background first by using using fog ink by simon says stamp to stamp the library card image three times on to a white a2 panel of cardstock i then came with salvaged patina scattered straw and saltwater taffy distress oxide inks and softly ink blended each library card image i glued this to my prepared card base i stamped the page turner images with black ink and coloured with copic markers that toned with the background i created i used the following colours cat e15 e11 e40 c3 c1 c00 puppy e43 e42 e40 turtle yg95 yg93 e40 blushes pink combo r22 r21 r20 r00 r000 mint g00 bg11 bg0000 yellow y21 e50 a few areas were highlighted with a white gel pen and then i die cut the images with the coordinating page turner dies i popped the panel in my misti and stamped the sentiment then backed the die cut images with foam tape and applied to the background to finish out the card i die cut a white frame using a frame die in my crafting stash i applied this with foam tape and then grabbed some toning coloured nuvo drops and added droplets once those droplets were dry this card was finished i really appreciate you visiting my blog today i hope you have a wonderful day posted by nicky noo cards at 7 47 am 1 comment email this blogthis share to x share to facebook share to pinterest labels birthday cute library card page turner pink main friday april 17 2026 pink main april release welcome to my blog on this april release day for pink main i though some of you may like to read the details for how this card came together and what i used and so here is a quick write up here are links to the products that i used good story good story die note pages dies big bow paperclip dies to kick things off i grabbed a white panel of sturdy white cardstock and i used metallic silvery grey ink randomly stamp three of the mini images that form part of the good story stamp set into a wallpaper backdrop i die cut the big bow paperclip twice once from my sturdy white cardstock and again from mirror silver cardstock and i glued them together the white die cut nicely reinforces the paperclip i also die cut the bow parts from pink and white cardstock i glued the pink part to the top of the paperclip and then glued the white outline piece over the top but i only added glue close to the centre so that the white outline floats above the pink the next step was die cut two note pages using the note pages dies i ink blended them in pink and the other in blue and used coloured pen to add a margin to each i added some distress splashes using oxide inks mixed loosened with a little solar spray in toning colours i backed each note with foam tape and arranged them overhanging the edges of the a2 background panel but i did this with an a6 envelope behind the panel so that i could be sure it would fit in that envelope i stamped the images and sentiment i d be needing from good story i coloured the images with copic markers and highlighted with a white gel pen i die cut the images and added a little bit of glitter to the moon in the one image these were backed with more foam tape and added at playful angles to the note pages and the sentiment strip was similarly added to the side last but not least i reached for blue nuvo drops and added them in three areas and once those were dry i applied the whole decorative panel to my prepared card base and this project was complete i appreciate you stopping by and hope you enjoyed the card posted by nicky noo cards at 11 00 am no comments email this blogthis share to x share to facebook share to pinterest labels big bow paperclip dies good story note pages dies pink main thursday april 16 2026 simon says stamp flourish rabbit birthday card thanks for joining me today to learn how i made this birthday card featuring products from the in my heart release by simon says stamp please find below a list of links to the products used flourish rabbit stitched ovals butterfly escapade embossing folder a2 thin frames birthday messages i took a panel of white cardstock and used the embossing folder to create the detailed background i applied this to my card base then die cut a frame using the a2 thin frames die and glued it directly from the same pink cardstock i die cut an oval using the stitched ovals die and i backed it with dimensional tape and applied it next step was to create the flourish bunny by simply die cutting the image and applying colour with copic markers to highlight the pretty features i also teased the leaves and petals upwards carefully for some dimension before applying it with foam tape and whilst i did that i added grass behind the bunny this grass was just shredded pieces of green cardstock cut with scissors i stamped the sentiment from birthday messages with a metallic silver ink and applied the banner with foam tape for the finishing touches i considered my embellishments i decided to use the little butterfly dies that come with the embossing folder and create 3 butterflies to flutter around the bunny and i simply ink blended their wings with tattered rose distress oxide ink and applied them with yet more foam tape i used some mirrored fairy jewels for the final embellishments and then this card was complete happy crafting friends and have a wonderful day posted by nicky noo cards at 8 38 am no comments email this blogthis share to x share to facebook share to pinterest labels birthday birthday card butterfly escapade flourish rabbit simon says stamp tuesday april 14 2026 simon says stamp fresh crocus duo welcome to my blog and a new card for simon says stamp featuring products from their most recent in my heart release here s a hand list of links to the products you see used here fresh crocus duo fanfare embossing folder teardrop pinpoint frames giggle hello i started with the background panel which i trimmed smaller than a2 i used a brayer on the inside of the fanfare embossing folder and rolled on salvaged patina distress oxide ink i was sure to roll this only on the side where the pattern is in dips not raised so that the ink would not be on the raised pattern and keeping it white after running it through my die cutting machine i then spattered on some peacock feathers distress oxide ink that i loosened with a drop or two of solar spray in crocodile tears for some pretty iridescence this panel was backed with white craft foam and applied to a white card base i die cut the focal panel from white cardstock using the teardrop pinpoint frames die and ink blended softly in the centre with the salvaged patina again this panel was added with dimensional tape to the embossed panel i die cut the fresh crocus duo from white cardstock and ink blended using salvaged patina peacock feathers twisted citron and mowed lawn i assembled the blooms with glue backed them with foam tape and applied to the white panel to complete the project i die cut the giggle hello 3 or 4 times i ink blended one of the cuts and then glued them all together then to the card i threaded some toning coloured cord around one of the blooms and tied it to a bow and dotted in some interest around the flowers with a gel pen lastly i added some jewel accents and with that this card was finished i appreciate you visiting my blog today and i ll be back very soon with something new posted by nicky noo cards at 7 12 am 1 comment email this blogthis share to x share to facebook share to pinterest labels embossing fanfare embossing folder floral fresh crocus duo in my heart simon says stamp saturday april 11 2026 simon says stamp charming flower stem i have a new card for simon says stamp today featuring their charming flower stem die which formed part of their most recent release to start the card i created a background using the dancing starlets embossing folder i used a brayer and tattered rose distress oxide ink and i rolled the ink on to the side of the embossing folder where the pattern has dips as opposed to the other side which would have the pattern raised once i had the ink nicely on there i placed my cardstock good side up on the opposite side of the embossing folder and lifted the inked side up over and down to a close and i kept the folder clamped shut as i ran it through my die cutting machine this is how you get the effect of the pattern staying white in this case and the background having colour i only wanted a soft hint of colour and i then splashed the panel with gold watercolour paint and set it aside to dry i die cut the charming flower stem and some leaves from sturdy white cardstock and ink blended using distress oxides in tattered rose spun sugar and spiced marmalade for the leaves i used twisted citron and mowed lawn the flower centres were ink blended with scattered straw and vintage photo all of the ink blended parts were assembled with glue and backed with dimensional foam tape i then splashed them with the same gold watercolour paint and i made an arrangement and stuck it down to the background panel to complete the card i chose the beautiful hello friend sentiment from the good greetings 1 sentiment stamp set i stamped with versamark ink and heat embossed in gold then die cut with the coordinating die and applied it popped up on more foam tape the panel was adhered to a sturdy card base and with that it was complete thanks for stopping by today i ll be back
