the email confirming my acceptance of their final decision 2 months ago and have only just this week contacted toucan toucan have 28 days to issue a letter of apology refund the difference between the 1mb and 2mb plans for the duration of my usage of their service for failing to confirm my line was able to support the 2mb ignoring the fact my line never had any problem supporting 2mb adsl but that for over a year they let me out of my contract which is due to expire soon anyway because the problem has been going on for so long posted in bad customer service experiences endsleigh insurance toucan internet a catchup with the annoying people september 25 2006 1 comment royal mail an official complaint has been filed regarding the delivery person s inability to press a buzzer flat lock of course the front door to the flat was locked it s meant to stop people from wandering in off the street you see those shiny buttons with numbers on you press them to talk to the person living at the relevant address grrr endsleigh insurance the quest to have my ibook charger replace is still on going as the situation stands 1 of 3 situations have occured lakeside had a clerical error asking me to send them the charger and just haven t sent a replacement since june the staff at endsleigh insurance durham lost the charger again the staff at endsleigh insurance durham were lying when they said they had found the charger the last time it went missing i m currently waiting for a call back due in the next 5 10 minutes toucan my complaint is being handeled through otelo posted in bad customer service experiences endsleigh insurance royal mail toucan internet linkin park meteora july 29 2006 3 comments the songs on this album pretty much describe the way i m feeling with my life right now posted in diaries of the possessed linkin park yay for stupidity july 25 2006 leave a comment stupidity on my part i locked myself out of the flat not 10 seconds after i had my keys in my hands stupidity on the part of others whoever it is working on the flat upstairs left the back door to the flat open so i managed to let myself back in posted in east durham homes part 0 dichotomy of curiosity july 19 2006 leave a comment my life consists of a room with two doors and a single matress on a simple frame through one door is a infinitely vast library which as near as i can tell contains the sum of human knowledge through the other however i ve never been through the other door sure i m curious to know what lies beyond it but i m also curious to know what i can learn from this library i ve lost track of how long i ve spent here in this library i don t seem to use the bed for much more than a comfortable alternative to the chair in the center of the library the door to the library was open when i arrived here the other door was closed did i come here through the closed door or through the library i don t know anymore i can t remember much else than what i ve learnt by reading these books did i remember how i got here when i started was my mind a blank before or after i came here did all the knowledge i m cramming into my mind push out my other memories i don t know the answers to these questions if i came here through the closed door why did i come here in the first place if i came here through the library where is the exit in the library i ve explored the countless shelves looking for a way out but all i find is more books more knowledge nothing with the answers i seek or at least the answers that were sought after till i gave up looking i don t seem to age here so what s the point in wasting time when the library is infinite learn first look later perhaps the answers will be in the books themselves and not the library posted in creative writing project y 0 1 diaries of the possesed on hold indefinately july 19 2006 leave a comment as you may have noticed as you may have noticed i haven t been writing these for a while basically what happened is i went through a depressive sink stopped playing nwn then started playing again on one character went through another depressive sink then started playing again and worked through one or two depressive sinks on that character i ve been through the original campaign sou and i m quite close to finishing chapter two of hotu i doubt that i ll ever be finishing these diaries in the traditional sense perhaps if i ever get my hands on nwn 2 i ll have gotten the charger for my ibook by then and i ll be able to multi task blogging much easier of course i could just as easily do some script fu and hack apart the custom journal entries and blog there but the chances of that happening are just as likely as a replacement ibook charger arriving tomorrow along with a new ibook as an apology i ll be coming for you next endsleigh posted in bad customer service experiences creative writing diaries of the possessed endsleigh insurance selfish idiots drive silver cars may 17 2006 4 comments it was weird to see them drive up one after the other i live near a primary school and as a result a lot of parents come to drop off their kids on the occasions i can get myself out of the house to get on the bus on a morning i notice the habits of the parents they re a bunch of selfish idiots at least the ones who park on the main road are one car after the other drove up one even came over from the opposite lane and parked in the designated bus area parking the wrong way to drive off the weird thing was though that all these people drove silver cars posted in uncategorized next page search for
