things about who what when where and why things about who what when where and why pages home cataplexy awards my art yard thursday march 5 2015 r u still there hello from my neck of the woods where has the last six months gone a busy time for someone whom has a sleep disorder only so many hours in the day i try to make the most of them i am waiting anxiously for spring to arrive so i can get out in my yard i am even going to plant a garden this year just have to figure out what and where so what have i been doing started painting again did this one at a paint night which was a lot of fun so i have been busy painting and really having fun with it again other than that when it was really cold here i got addicted to shomi watched lots of movies and sons of anarchy talk about becoming a couch potato i also watched the season of transparency and would recommend it to anyone very nicely done 2015 has brought a new year of focus on loving one another not sweating the small stuff and focusing by now if it is too hot too cold raining sunshine getting bit by something in his shower maybe a spider not sure went down the drain his cousin had a turantula no shoes to fit tried on 60 pair he said but for sure he will be here in the morning not sure what time zone he is in or how many hours in his day definately not 24 morning comes the sun goes down little mr contractor no where to be found if has been an extremely busy summer my nieces husband has finally moved from mexico it has been such a process to have all his paperwork approved his brother and brothers wife have both won scholorships to continue their majors in physics they really are three of the nicest people i have ever met i must say that their english is way better than my spanish that will be a job for me this winter i spent two weeks recently with some family so good to see everyone i felt so much love around me i still had to stick to my schedule due to my cataplexy overall i did not too bad even managed my way down a flight of stairs shocked the family when i showed up they were all playing some card game and were hooting and hollering i just had to go and see what the youngsters were up to all of them were like aunt cindy we can help you up the stairs when i was ready to go up i told them all to sit there behinds down and if i needed them i would call them it was nice to get back home after twelve days away i even have managed to lose twenty three pounds just by eating more fruit and veggies and drinking water i have a friend that phones me once a week and we chat about how i did and how she did she has gone from a size 26 to a 14 in less than 4 months we are both feeling like it is so easy the only word we mention is lifestyle other highlights have been hummingbirds yellow finches and squirrels in my yard all a first and they keep me quite entertained repairs continue to be done to the house and i am grateful that wain and i don t need any repairs life is so precious and such a gift i plan to 11 2014 62 almost eleven at night the robins are still singing in the yard and one neighbor has just finished cutting their lawn it is dark out there today was hubbies 62nd birthday we went out for supper the table next to us had the three cutest ladies all in their eighties they were sisters and were celebrating getting together one of them told us they were going to party until the sun came up and we were home in bed by nine as for the week has brought us quickly into house repairs due to a leaking window it is going to be a busy weekend thank goodness wain is off work for three days hope today i am thankful for the thunderstorm that rolled in actually causing me to get out of my yard i must say it is looking lovely the rain brings a freshness and now the sun in the evening birds singing in the distance the chatter of squirrels running through the trees lately i have been so at peace or content is it the same thing nature has a way of doing that for me somehow i have found my
