તમારી કવિતા વાંચી ને મનમાં ઘણા સ્પંદન જાગ્યા એમાથી થોડા તમારી સાથે વંહેચું છું જીવન ને મૃત્યુ એક દ્વંદ્વ માણસ જીવનભર પોતાના અસ્તિત્વ માટે લડતો રહે છે આપણા શાસ્ત્રોમાં પણ સો વરસ જીવવાની પ્રાર્થના કરવામાં આવી છે તો વડીલો સંતાનોને દીર્ઘજીવનના આશિષ આપે છે જુઓ કે સિંકદરે લાંબા આયુ માટે વિકટ સફર ખેડી હતી ને છેવટે મૃત્યુનું અસ્તિત્વ સ્વીકારવું પડ્યું ઇજિપ્તના ફેરોથી માંડી આજ સુધી મૃત્યુ પછી પણ પોતાની હાજરી પુરાવવા શક્તિ અનુસાર લોકો પ્રયત્ન કરે છે સદગત સ્વજનોની યાદમાં શ્રાધ્ધ કથા પારાયણ તો એમના નામે દાનપુન્ય કબરો રાજમહેલ કે તાજમહેલ બનાવે છે કયારેક વિચાર આવે છે કે જીવતા જેને અવગણ્યા હોય દુઃખ આપ્યુ હોય એ જ સ્વજન પાછળ લોકો એની યાદ રાખવા પ્રયત્ન કરે છે તો કયારેક ખૂવાર પણ થઇ જાય એ હદે ત્યારે વિચાર આવે કે શું વિગત આત્મા આ બધું જોતો હશે કોફીનમાં સુતેલો માણસ એકાએક ઝીરોમાંથી હીરો થઇ જાય એટલી હદે એના સદગુણ ને સતકર્મની પ્રશંસા થાય કે માણસને કબરમાંથી બેઠા થઇને પાછા આવવાનું મન થઇ જાય હવે મારા વિચારો એવા કે મને બચપણથી જ આવા વિચારો આવતા કદાચ જીવન કરતા મૃત્યુના વધારે વિચારો આજે પણ જીવન કરતા મૃત્યુનું ચિંતન વધારે એના અનુંસંધાનમાં મારી કેટલીક કૃતિ કાવ્ય તરીકે આજે પણ જીવન કરતા મૃત્યુનું ચિંતન વધારે એના અનુંસંધાનમાં મારી કેટલીક કૃતિ કાવ્ય તરીકે જાવાદો અમે રે આતમરામ દુર દેશના રે અમે રે મુસાફિર અનંત રાહના રે લાંબી સફરના આ ટુંકા વિસામા રે ઝાઝુ રહેવાના ફાંફા નકામા રે બાંધો ના અમને પ્રેમના પાશમાં રે અંત કાળે રહી જશે તમમાં વાસના રે છોડી દો હાથ પુરો થયો સંગાથ રે જાવાદો અમને અમારા ધામમાં રે વિમળા હિરપરા નિંદા કે વખા ણ આવજો એમ નહિ કહુ આવશો ક્યા જીંદગીની જેલમાંથી છુટી ગયા અખીલ બ્રંહ્યાંડમાં મારુ જ ઠેકાણું નથી ત્યાં ફોટો બનીને દિવાલે લટકી ગયા આ તો વાટમાં મળી ગયા મેળામાં ભળી ગયા તમારા હાથમાંથી આબાદ છટકી ગયા પુરા થયા સબંધો ને છુટા પડી ગયા સાંભળી વખાણ ને મનમાં મલકી રહ્યાં છુટી ગયા સબંધો ઓગળી ગઇ ઓળખાણો પરવા કોને છે હવે કરો નિંદા કે વખાણો વિમળા હિરપરા કબીરના દોહરામાં સંબંધો વિષે અને મૃત્યુ વિષે દ્રષ્ટિ બદલાવવાની વાત દરેકને ફરી ફરીને યાદ કરાવતી હોય છે જે બહુ જરૂરી છે જીવન મૃત્યુ રૂઠતી પળોને સમેટતી હું શ્વાસમાં લૂખાં દીવામાં સુખવાટ વણી બેઠી છું ઘૂઘવતા સાગરમાં નાનીશી નાવમાં હળવા હલેસાંથી હામ ધરી બેઠી છું ઓચિંતા ભમરાતી ડમરીની દોડમાં રજકણ બની અંક આકાશે ઊઠી છું અંજળના આંસુથી આંખોની આહમાં કરુણાનું કાજળ લગાવીને બેઠી છું ઉરના સન્નાટામાં લાગણીના ગીતમાં ઝીણા ઝણકારને વધાવીને બેઠી છું
